Beyond its natural beauty, Vietnam is a tapestry of culture and tradition. The cuisine, famous for dishes like pho and banh mi, and its variety of delicious coffees, reflects the country's diverse influences from Chinese, French, and American cultures. Ancient temples, vibrant festivals, and a deep sense of resilience and hospitality make Vietnam one of my favourite places to visit.
